Arborist-Led Tree Walks
The non-profit organization called canopy, offers free arborist-led neighborhood tree walks in Palo Alto on the second Saturday of every month, from 10am to noon. The participants are led on a tour of some of the most interesting tree specimens in Palo Alto. A certified arborist volunteers their time as a guide and presents information ranging from historical context to identification, as well as tree selection and care advice that participants can use in their own landscaping projects. The arborist also answers any questions you may have.
