Arborist OnSite® provides consulting services to residential homes, large or small commercial properties, planned communities and corporate campuses. Our plant health care evaluation program can be tailored to your individual needs and budget.
Our knowledge and experience of tree and plant health care will be of great value to any property manager by not only helping them to keep their clients plant and tree replacement costs down but raising the bar on quality control. We provide a wide area of expertise that many property managers may not possess; an out side third party consultant is of great value to your existing landscape management team.
Our program consists of our horticulturist visiting your property as an unbiased party providing recommendations to correct current or future plant health problems. Almost all of our disease and fungus problems are created by not providing proper cultural practices, as we care for our plants and trees.
Our consultant walks all of your property, taking specific note of disease or maintenance problems he encounters. This information is then developed into a written report using site maps and photographs describing the problem, its location and how to correct it. The report is then bound and provided to the property manager. These site visits can be on a quarterly or once a year basis, as our program progresses the time spent on each site becomes less and less as critical problems are found and resolved.
The property manager can then use the report to walk the property with their landscape maintenance contractor and make necessary corrections.
