During our visit with you, we will look at any of your trees while we are on your property. During our evaluation, we monitor soil moisture, inspect your trees for visible signs of distress or disease. We identify pests if present, and provide unbiased recommendations as to corrections and the future care of your trees. Our consultation is an oral one, however many of our clients take notes or have used video or tape recorders. A written report is available upon request at an added cost.
As our trees get older, problems invariably develop that may eventually create an unacceptable risk to the property owner. So many times this is just a perception by the owner, and the tree is removed prematurely. Arborist OnSite® has many years of experience in tree preservation that has involved specific training in performing tree risk assessments.
Arborist reports are required for a number of reasons, primarily in the procurement of tree removal permits from the various cities and counties in the bay area. Arborist reports are also required on construction sites, either residential or Commercial involving the development of tree protection plans during construction. Arborist OnSite® has consistently provided our clients written reports that are quickly approved by these governmental agency's.
